Returns Info
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Adds a second year of warranty to one bidet, for two years of coverage in total. Buy it in the same order as the bidet, or within 30 days of that order, and it attaches to that bidet. One per bidet. It can't be added to a bidet bought more than 30 days ago. Same claim process, same real humans in Ohio.
