I like that the case fits securely around the device which in turn offers greater protection, but it is a shame that it has no compartment for the adapter.

Totally agree — it’s a solid case, but not ideal if you’re carrying the extension. The good news is we’ve made improvements in the new version of the case, and it should be available around mid-August! 💙
Its very basic and the quality isnt that great. Doesnt have any pockets and material and looks feel cheap

Hey Franklin, thanks for your feedback. You’re right — the GoFlow Premium Travel Case is a bit too small to fit the bottle adapter comfortably. The larger Premium Travel Case (Large) will fit your GoFlow along with the adapter. You can check it out here:

why would you offer a discount on an item that is incompatible with the item I just purchased? I purchased the Purejet and directly after purchase got a prompt for a discount on a carrying case FOR A DIFFERENT model, which wasn't very visible. Lame, hoping to get a refund.
Store owner replied:
Hey Ellison, thank you for pointing this out to us. We’re so sorry for the mix-up — we’ve already issued your refund and also fixed the error on our website to prevent this from happening again. We really appreciate your feedback and patience while we corrected this.
Best,
The Bidet Buddy Team
