The high setting does not work. The sprayer will come out for just a second then immediately go back in. The low setting works fine so I think I would like it if it worked properly. I emailed the support people right away when I got it but never got a response.

Notice on this Bidet Buddy that the bottom layer on the corrugated section of the water bottle is dysfunctional- it won’t completely come together. Thai is why i rated it down 1 star. I have 2 other Bidet Buddies that are perfect in every way, and I would rate them both 5 stars. This one I just received works but does not fit into carry bag properly because of the defect in the corrugated section of the bottle.

The automatic water pressure spray is effective. The expandable design is good for extra water, when needed. The bidet automatically shuts off if no water is detected, and it's durable. Also not too big, so good for travel.

this is a nice rechargeable bidet for travel and daily use. It's very easy to use, charges quickly, and stores away in discreet manner. I like it very much!
It does a good job, but the charging cord is short and that is a usb-c, the problem is that cord is the only thing that will charge it. When I try to use my other usb-c that I charge my phone and other devices. Will not charge it. I have to use the 3ft usb-c cord that comes with it. If I loose that corded I wouldn't be able to charge it. But other then that it works great.the first Pic is with the cord that comes with it. The 2nd Pic is with the cord I use to charge my phone. Good pressure, can hold good amount.
If you are a bidet person, you know that most of these "travel bidets" are nothing like what we are really looking for. This bidet, however, is actually powerful enough to make you feel as clean as your home bidet does! It has 2 settings and with the expandable water bottle you won't run dry mid job. UPDATE: Reached out to the company to suggest they explore a different design for the base cap, such as a sealing gasket, or change the material of the base cap using the same grippy-rubbery material as the top cap, but they felt confident that their current design is sufficient and thought my specific item was defective. The were professional and responsive, sending me a replacement right away. Here's my updated review:Pros: the bidet does what it claims and is easy to use. As a hand-held bidet, it works well and I am satisfied.Cons: if left sitting with water in the bottle, the water will leak out at the base. I recommend the product as long one does not leave water in the bottle when not in use. Attached are two photos of the leaking replacement.----Pros: does what it claims; easy to use.Cons: it leaks at the bottle's base.We are very satisfied with the performance of this item as a hand held bidet, but the base leaks, so you wouldn't want to carry it with water in it, nor would you want to leave it sitting somewhere with water in it.The top seal is rubber and works very well. However no one would carry this bottle upside down, rather we would set it on a something or carry it in a pack right side up. The base seal is hard plastic and leaks. If the bottom seal were made of the same material as the top, or if they would put a rubber seal on the bottom of the bottle or the cap itself, this would probably solve the issue.

This is my first portable bidet so I am way too excited for this. The moment I saw this, the first thing that popped into my mind were the long haul flights I have to take to visit the other side of the world and how awesome this would be in a flight and those airplane bathrooms.It's simple to use, fill it up with water in the bottle, connect the bidet, turn it upside down and press one of the pressure buttons (there are two), and voila. It does have good pressure, even low pressure is quite strong, actually.It also comes in a bag which will make it easier to carry.As for the cleaning part, it cleans. The bottle holds a lot of water, but if you run out of water and you are not clean, well, it might be a bit difficult to add water to it again. But the bottle is extendable, so just fill to the brim. Realistically it is a portable bidet, it can't be too big then it would lose its purpose, but I find it holds enough water to clean properly but it is something to keep in mind just in case things go wrong.The part that sprays the water - the nozzle, well it slides out when activated. I can clean the entire bidet easily after use, but it's a bit tricky to clean that nozzle, and that bothers me. It's spraying in a toilet, and water splashes, and I like to keep these things clean. This bothers me a lot, and even though I am not going to be using it all the time, I would still like for it to be squeaky clean. I will have to figure this part out before I fly or travel, because I would not want to waste time going through the tricky clean method thousands of feet in the air, flying is exhausting enough as it is. I just fill it with water, spray it, and clean it while the nozzle is out and spraying, the nozzle does not come out if there's no water in it, or at least I haven't figured out how.Saying all that, this is great, there could be better ones out there, but this is my first one and man do i love it, but I will know it's true worth when I travel with it.

The one I just purchased was a gift, but I have had my own for a few years and I love it. I was diagnosed with Rectal cancer last year and the Bidet Buddy is perfect for me
I am not 100% satisfied. It trickles/leaks a little; there is hardly any circumference area to screw the top onto the water bottle. At first I thought this was good because you don't have to do too much to screw it together - you just turn it the littlest bit, but because of that, it isn't watertight, so I don't think that is good design. Also, even the lowest pressure is too harsh. I have one of those squeeze bidets you can get on Amazon, and the pressure from that type of nozzle is softer on the sensitive skin. These are just my experiences. Also, since we have to hold it behind us, the buttons should be bigger and easier to press on and off, which they are not. So, really, I give this only 3.5 stars.
Takes a little practice, worth the effort. Believe me, I wouldn't have purchased a second one if I didn't think it works really well. I like the compact design for storage. Only other comment is that I would like to be able to purchase a couple of extra filters to have on hand in case I lose one.

It is easy to pack and use. It has a good spray. The only thing I dislike is that the threads to attach the sprayer to the bottle are finicky to attach without leaks. I got it to work but it took awhile.

I'm so glad I found this, but it's taken me a few times to work on the mechanics of this! It's not that easy to maneuver it and figure out the right aim. And, the toilet seat tends to get sprayed on!

This is the best portable bidet that I have tried. The bottlle is expandable to increase capacity, and can bend to increase ccuracy of flow. very good strength of stream. Customer service was exceptional. A pleasure to do business with.
